Choctaw Nation
The Oklahoma Caring Van operated by Choctaw Nation Health Services serves children and adults across a 10.5-county region in southeast Oklahoma by offering immunizations, fluoride varnishes, blood pressure screenings, and head lice checks.

Southern Plains Tribal Health Board
The Southern Plains Triball Health Board Caring Van travels across the state to deliver preventive health services to members of Oklahoma’s American Indian tribes. Services include immunizations, dental screenings, fluoride varnishes, and elder education.

Chickasaw Nation
The Chickasaw Nation Caring Van is based in Ada and serves ten counties in south central Oklahoma. Immunizations, preventive dental services, wellness education, and audiology are among the services available aboard the unit.
